
Rachel coaches to enhance your life in a range of areas. This can include dating, relationships, communication, dealing with conflict, anxiety and stress reduction, self-compassion and self-care, confidence, problem-solving, CBT, mindfulness, finding your purpose, identifying what is important to you, feeling good about yourself and leading a more fulfilled life!
Rachel has a background in research in social psychology at the University of Oxford, is a qualified and experienced teacher of psychology with a Masters in Psychology, and has training in mindfulness, life coaching, counselling and the Gottman Therapy method for couples.
Rachel welcomes people from the LGBTQ+ community, all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, the neurodiverse, and those with disabilities.
