She currently has clients in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s from Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London, the Midlands, Gloucestershire and many other parts of the UK.

Rachel New encourages healthy dating that is authentic, mindful, and ethical. She has an evidence-based approach to providing you with realistic, personalised coaching and helping you enhance your dating experiences and relationships.
Rachel New has been working as a dating and relationships coach and educator for nine years. Rachel has a background in research in social psychology at the University of Oxford, is a qualified and experienced teacher of psychology, and has training in relationship coaching, mindfulness, life coaching, trauma-informed coaching, counselling, attachment theory, internal family systems, polyvagal theory, and somatic psychology. Rachel is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and abides by the society’s ethical guidelines for coaching psychologists. She is currently working towards accreditation as a chartered coaching psychologist.
Rachel welcomes people from the LGBTQ+ community, all ages, all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, the neurodiverse including those with autism, and people with disabilities.
Dating coaching: Rachel uses scientific research to inform her coaching so you don’t have to waste time with the wrong people, and so that you understand the psychological processes going on in the other person and in the world of 21st century dating world.
